Policies at Card Health Care

Service as It Should Be


Our offices and warehouse are located in Southern Ontario and at this time we are only able to ship to Canadian customers. Our products will be shipped directly to you from our warehouse, just north of Toronto, so you don’t have to worry about any unforeseen duty and brokerage charges.


Almost all of our items are eligible for free economy shipping on orders of $99.00 or more (before shipping and taxes).  Orders below $99.00 are subject to a $9.95 economy shipping & handling fee.


Orders are usually picked, packed and shipped from our warehouse within three business days.  The timing of your receipt of goods depends upon your location within Canada, generally 1 to 7 business days from the day of ordering.


We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice.  Express shipping is an option to certain locations within Canada via UPS or FedEx, at an additional cost.

Please Note: there are remote locations in Canada that are not eligible for free shipping.  Shipping fees are subject to change.  Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and volume of the order.  We will contact you if any such charges are applicable.



We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their online shopping experience at Card Health Cares.  We can accept returns of unopened products for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.  Products that have been opened or used products, or any items marked as non-returnable cannot be sent back.


Please note that returns are not considered for products in the following categories: braces, diabetic socks, and compression hosiery.

If you would like to make a return request, please respond to the email confirmation received at time of purchase for a return authorization number.  Please include your name, order number, the item that you would like to return to us, and the rationale for your return. 


Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return goods to us unless we made an error on your original shipment, in which case there will be no restocking fee.
